To the attention of students who will do internship;
You must have made your internship application at least 10 days before the internship start date.
The internship process for the 2020-2021 period should be planned for the dates between 23 June and 23 September. Graduate students (who have completed all their courses except internship) can do their internship in the fall, spring and summer terms.
After completing your internship, you must submit your internship file to the school within 1 month. You can fill in your internship file manually or on a computer. The internship file must be submitted in a bound form.
You can deliver your internship file by cargo or through a relative (provided that you e-mail the name and surname of the person who will deliver it to the department assistants). Address information for cargo shipping has been added below. In case of sending by courier, all responsibility will belong to the student.
The number of compulsory internship days is 30+30, a total of 60 working days. One of your internships should be done at the office and one at the construction site.

Importance Note: Our students must do their internship under the supervision of an architect or civil engineer. The chamber registration numbers of the architect or civil engineer who will sign the internship application form must be written in the signature and stamp section of the application form.
To the attention of students who will do internship abroad:
During the pandemic, depending on the continuation of the on-line teaching, the summer internships of foreign students can be done in their own countries.
But; the student will not be able to benefit from our university's insurance transactions related to internships.
All identity information of the employer where the student will do the office or construction site internship and the chamber registration number of the responsible architect or civil engineer will be included in the internship file. If there isn’t a chamber organization in their country, the diploma photocopy of the responsible person will be written on the internship form. The diploma will be notarized.
All documents will be written in English.
