Dear Students,
The Graduate Student Conference organized by the Istanbul Branch of the Chamber of Civil Engineers (TMMOB) will be held on November 21–22–23, 2025 at the Harun Karadeniz Conference Hall.
The event is open to graduate (MSc and PhD) students enrolled in Civil Engineering programs who wish to present publications derived from their thesis work. Participation is possible either in person or online.
📌 This is the first edition of the conference and will focus exclusively on publications derived from theses in the field of transportation engineering.
📌 Submissions from other branches of civil engineering or other disciplines will not be evaluated.
🎯 The main objectives of the conference are:

To help students fulfill the publication requirement for graduation

To provide a platform for sharing academic research with chamber members and other interested professionals

Submission period:
September 26 – October 10, 2025
Submissions may be in the form of an abstract, extended abstract, or full paper.
