Applications are now open for the 19th edition of the Design & Construct International Steel Bridge Competition, organized by Boğaziçi University Construction Club (BU-YAP).
The competition will be held between May 3–8, 2026, and offers undergraduate and graduate students in engineering and architecture departments the opportunity to design and construct steel bridges from concept to execution.
As the largest steel bridge competition in Europe, this prestigious event provides students not only with a chance to enhance their technical and design skills, but also with the opportunity to showcase their abilities on an international platform and connect with a wide professional network.
