Civil Engineering Department Board Meeting Held

The Civil Engineering Department at Istanbul Gelisim University held a Department Board Meeting on September 29, 2026, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Ahmad Reshad NOORI, Chair of the Civil Engineering Department.
 

During the meeting, attended by the department's academic staff, matters related to the effective management of academic and administrative processes for the 2026–2027 Academic Year were discussed. In this context, the establishment of departmental committees and the assignment of academic staff to these committees were evaluated.
 

The meeting also addressed the determination of student consultation hours to facilitate regular communication between students and academic staff regarding academic and advisory matters. Arrangements were discussed to ensure that students could meet with faculty members during designated days and hours.
 

The meeting concluded with decisions aimed at ensuring the coordinated operation of departmental committees and organizing student consultation hours.
