İstanbul Gelişim University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering successfully held its Orientation Program for newly admitted students on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 09:00 a.m. in room J-297.
During the program, all faculty members introduced themselves and provided students with comprehensive information about the department and the faculty. The presentation covered the definition and scope of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the curriculum, laboratories and technical facilities, educational objectives and principles, as well as the relevant regulations and guidelines. The program was designed to facilitate students’ adaptation to university life.
The primary aim of the orientation was to ensure that new students perceive themselves as an integral part of the IGU family and to support them in making a strong start to their academic journey.
