INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING END498-FINISHING PROJECT FINAL AND INTEGRATION EXAMS
Students will take the Final Project exam on 22-23-24 June 2020.

Students have no excuse for the Jury of Graduation Projects.
The Jury will start at 09.20 and will be held on average for 20 minutes per student.
Only one Graduation Project Jury has been appointed. This jury consists of Prof.Dr. Kenan ÖZDEN Prof.Dr. Tarık ÇAKAR and Assist. Prof. Didem ÇAPKUR.
Students will participate in the juries through the address sent to the school e-mail addresses ONLINE via MEET. Instructors will participate in the jury until the defenses are over.
Students who do not attend the jury will not be given a passing grade, even if they have submitted their work.
ACTIVITIES BEFORE JURY:
Graduation Project students will upload 1 Graduation Project (mandatory) and 1 Presentation (mandatory) to the LMS System during the Final Exam Week between 8-20 June.
The Graduation Project will be uploaded to the LMS System * in Word and PDF format in accordance with the guidelines (mandatory). The presentation will be uploaded to the LMS System * in the powerpoint environment (mandatory).
Students who have not uploaded their Graduation Thesis to the LMS System * during the Final Exam Week between 8 and 20 June will not be admitted to the Graduation Thesis defense and will not be given a passing grade. Control responsibility of this situation belongs to the advisors.
Students will comply with the guideline standards in the documents they will upload to the LMS System * and will have made the necessary corrections previously given by the Advisors. Documents uploaded to the LMS system * which are incorrect, incomplete, inappropriate and the corrections given by the Consultant are not reflected in the documents will not be passed on.
WHAT TO DO DURING THE DEFENSE EXAM:
The students who will take their presentations to the jury will introduce themselves, indicate their Advisors, reflect their presentations on the screen within an average of 15 minutes, and explain their projects orally over the presentation. The last 5 minutes will be devoted to questions.
After the head of the department thanked the defending student for his participation by stating that his exam is over, the student will be able to stay in the session to watch other defenses.
The student's success and grade will not be told to him.
The student will learn his/her grade on OBIS on June 26, when the final grades will be announced.
WHAT TO DO AFTER DEFENSE EXAM:
The grades of the Final Project Final exams will be announced on 26 June on OBIS system by each student's own Advisor.
The Graduation Projects will be evaluated by the jury based on the evaluation criteria in the Guide and on 100 full points by considering the visa report.
Students whose OBIS is closed will not be able to see their final grades. Students' grade who are in this situation will not be announced verbally or in writing. Students who are in this situation are recommended to fulfill their obligations in order for OBIS to be open. We wish you luck.
