Second "Leadership and Entrepreneurship Summit" was held on November 26, 2018 under the direction of Industrial Engineering Club at IGU Faculty of Fine Arts Conference Hall with the participation of experts to contribute students' future and guide them in their career. Event started with the speeches of Club President Mazlum Öztürk, Industrial Engineering Department Head Prof. Dr. Kenan Özden, Deputy Dean of Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Prof. Dr. Ramazan Yaman and IGU Vice rector Prof. Dr. Ali Okatan.

Participants provided information about their work experiences, entrepreneurship, mentoring, management and leadership, personal development, the processes they had to go through when they started in their career and business life, the challenges they faced, their successes and failures, and the risks they took in business life. Students from the Department of Industrial Engineering and other departments benefited from the speakers' experiences and they asked interesting questions.
At the end of the event, our managers, lecturers and board members of Industrial Engineering Club provided plates to the speakers. We would like to extend our gratitude to all our speakers who have participated in our event and offered their experience and knowledge to our students, as well as to our valuable lecturers and students for listening to them.
