Young minds of developing Industry sector of Turkey met with the students at Istanbul Gelisim University on 21- 22 October 2016 for two days. Organization was held by cooperation of Istanbul Gelisim University, Hacettepe University, Uludağ University, Selçuk University and Süleyman Demirel University for 2 days and opening speech was given by the Rector of Istanbul Gelisim University, Prof. Dr. Burhan Aykaç.
Within the scope of the event, issues such as leadership, six sigma, industrial sector, digitalization, management, innovation and entrepreneurship were discussed. In addition to that, celebrities from art and music industry have participated. At the end of the day-long program, the artists Beyza Durmaz and Aynur Aydın have visited the event. During the event, students were guided by listening to the experiences and knowledge of following guests: Borusan General Manager Zafer Terzioğlu, Coca Cola Field Sales Manager Erdem Kahraman, Borusan General Manager Zafer Terzioğlu, Amphenol General Manager Hakan Saraçoğlu, Nielsen General Manager Erdem Tolon, Kom Factory Manager Utkan Uluçay, EKOL Logistics Human Resources Director Berrin Yıldız Tavman, Lisi-Aerospace Production Manager İlker Aksoy.
The students have benefited from the experiences and advices of the speakers who have had successful experience in business life. They had the opportunity to find first-hand answers to many questions about Industrial Engineering, Management and Business Life through interactive talks and coffee breaks.
