The application process for the cyber security training program titled "CyberShield Innovators: Drivers of the Future of Digital Security", which was implemented in cooperation with Istanbul Gelisim University and the Germany-based Proficiency Institute and with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), has started. The program aims to train a new generation of ethically responsible cybersecurity professionals with high technical equipment against rapidly increasing threats in the digital world.
Intensive and practical training process
The program, which will be held online from June to September 2025, offers a comprehensive curriculum of 80 hours in total. Participants will receive in-depth training in modules ranging from basic cybersecurity knowledge to advanced penetration tests, from artificial intelligence-powered threat analysis to open source intelligence. The content of the training was designed in accordance with levels 4-6 of the European Qualifications Framework.

International certification and mentoring support
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate of achievement issued by the training provider and ECTS-compliant academic certification in addition to the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) -approved international certification. In addition, mentoring support will be provided to the participants throughout the program and the opportunity to work with various international trainers will be provided.
In applications to the program, which will accept a total of 800 people, priority will be given to female participants and it will be aimed that at least 30% of the participants will be women. During the selection process, priority will be given to candidates with a strong technical background and high motivation. If deemed necessary, short interviews will be held with the candidates.
New graduates, professionals who want to turn to the field of cyber security and individuals who want to deepen their expertise in the field of IT will be able to apply to the training program.
