Dear Students,
At the end of the 2024-2025 Spring Semester, internship procedures have been transferred to the Student Information System (OBIS). Students who will be doing their internships in Turkey must submit their applications through OBIS. Students who have completed their internships must also scan and upload the notebooks they have prepared to the system after obtaining approval from the company. We recommend that our students carefully follow the guidelines and information available on OBIS.
Internship applications for students who will be doing their internships abroad are accepted via email. In order for overseas internships to be approved, students must submit a document proving that they have private health insurance for the duration of the internship. Students who cannot obtain a document from the country where the internship will be conducted can apply by emailing the health insurance and travel insurance they will obtain in Turkey to mmf@gelisim.edu.tr, shatipoglu@gelisim.edu.tr, or sebulut@gelisim.edu.tr, attaching it to the internship application form. Internship applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the internship start date. This deadline cannot be shortened to complete the necessary documentation for an internship abroad.
