Orientation Program Held for First-Year Software Engineering Students

An orientation program was organized by the Department of Software Engineering to support first-year students in adapting to university life and becoming familiar with the department.

During the program, students were provided with information about the academic structure of the Software Engineering Department, educational processes, course schedules, the academic advising system, and the general functioning of the department. They were also informed about the academic and administrative resources available to them throughout their studies.

The orientation program also covered important points that students should consider in order to adapt more easily to university life and effectively follow academic procedures. During the Q&A session, students had the opportunity to ask questions about topics they were curious about and receive information directly from the department’s academic staff.

The orientation program, which contributed to helping new students become more familiar with the department and academic processes, concluded with best wishes for the new academic year.
