Double Major and Minor Programs

Double Major

The purpose of the Double Major Program is to enable students who successfully complete their primary major program to pursue a second undergraduate degree free of charge. Students whose cumulative GPA is 2.72 out of 4.00 and who rank within the top 20% of their primary undergraduate or associate degree program are eligible to start a second major program without paying any additional tuition fees.

Minor

A Minor Program allows students who are enrolled in a degree program and meet the required criteria to take a limited number of courses from another undergraduate program within the same higher education institution, in order to earn a certificate (minor certificate) rather than a second diploma.
Students may apply to the minor program no earlier than the beginning of the third semester and no later than the beginning of the sixth semester of their primary undergraduate studies. Applicants must have successfully completed all credit-bearing courses required by their primary program up to the semester in which they apply.
