The resources accumulated in the SALT Research Architecture and Design Archive, thanks to the partnership of SALT and Kalebodur spanning seven years, are discussed in the
Out of Archive videos this year.
In the second video of the series, Anıtkabir, which offered a field of application to the practices of active architects, designers and artists of the Republican era, is discussed. The building is discussed in the light of documents belonging to Kemali Söylemezoğlu, Nezih Eldem and Paul Bonatz, academics and architects of Istanbul Technical University, who played a role in the construction process and development between 1944 and 1953.
