Tech Talks-3 Seminar Held

The guest speaker of the event was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Dur, General Manager of Türksat, General Manager of BMC Power, and faculty member at Istanbul University. During the event, which attracted great interest from students, the role of science and technology in the development of countries, the importance of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and innovative perspectives in engineering were discussed.

In his speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Osman Dur emphasized that technology production should be supported not only by technical knowledge but also by a culture of research, an entrepreneurial vision, and sustainable policies. He also provided students with valuable advice on career planning, the defense industry, domestic production, and R&D processes.

At the end of the seminar, students had the opportunity to ask questions they were curious about, and the event concluded with a group photo session.
