To All Our Students and University Staff (Academic and Administrative),
A Microsoft Azure account has been created through the collaboration between our university and Microsoft.
For Our Students:
Students can activate their membership and start using this service by registering with the email address provided by the university in the format: studentnumber@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr.
You can use Azure Registration to complete the registration.
For Our Academic and Administrative Staff:
Staff members can activate their membership and access the service using the university-provided email address in the format: username@gelisim.edu.tr.
For additional questions, please email bidb@gelisim.edu.tr.
Download Programs from the Azure Platform
Microsoft Office:
All administrative and academic staff can register for Office 365, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, and other classroom tools. You can start using it right away with your school email address. Just register at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office.

- Step 1: Go to https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Education/EducationMenuBlade/overview.
- Step 2: Log in with your university-provided email address: studentnumber@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr.
- Step 3: Accept the agreement.
- Step 4: Click on "Software" and accept the agreement.
- Step 5: Select the product you want to download.
- Step 6: Click on the “Download” button in the bottom right corner to start
