Akçansa Experience Meets Students at Tech Talks–2

The Tech Talks–2 event, organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Istanbul Gelisim University, was held on March 5, 2026, at the Firnas Auditorium. The event focused on career development from engineering, technology, and R&D perspectives, providing students with the opportunity to hear directly from an industry professional.

Industry Experience Shared

The guest speaker, Akçansa R&D and Technology Manager İsmail Gökalp, shared his experiences regarding his career journey in engineering. In his speech, Gökalp addressed topics such as the role of R&D activities in the industry, technology-driven production processes, and career planning in engineering, providing valuable insights for students.

Interactive Session with Students

During the Q&A session held as part of the event, students had the opportunity to ask their questions directly. Participants gained information about current developments in engineering, the competencies required in the sector, and recommendations for career planning.
