IGU continues to maintain its position in the top 4! - Faculty of Engineering and Architecture

QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), one of the world's most respected higher education rating organizations, has published its "World University Rankings: Ranking of European Universities 2025" list. While Istanbul Gelisim University entered the top 500; IGU maintained its 4th place among Türkiye foundation universities.

UK-based higher education rating agency QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) has published its "World University Rankings: Europe 2025" list. Based on criteria such as academic prestige, employee prestige, number of citations per article and number of articles per faculty member, international research network, employability, faculty and student ratio, international student diversity, international faculty ratio, sustainability score, QS evaluated all participating universities in areas such as global recognition, research skills, teaching resources, internationalization.

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) advanced 21 places from last year's ranking of 432 to 411th, while maintaining its 4th place in the list of 13 universities in Türkiye and Koç University, Bilkent University and Sabancı University among foundation universities.

Moving forward with the vision of "World University", IGU stands out with its scientific and academic innovations in the national and international arena, and has many achievements on a global scale with its work in the field of sustainability. IGU expanded its success network by ranking 21st in the "QS Europe-West Asia" category.
