The AgroBits team operating within Istanbul Gelisim University won the opportunity to compete in the TEKNOFEST final with the project it developed. IGU Vice Rector Prof. Arda Öztürkcan and TTO Director Yahya Kemal Kıran took their places at TEKNOFEST to support the team in the final competition.
The AgroBits team operating within Istanbul Gelisim University won the opportunity to compete in the TEKNOFEST final with the project it developed. IGU Vice Rector Prof. Arda Öztürkcan and TTO Director Yahya Kemal Kıran took their places at TEKNOFEST to support the team in the final competition.
 
TEKNOFEST 2024, one of the world's largest technology competitions, will be held in 46 main categories and 117 sub-categories this year. Participants from all levels of education from primary school to university, graduates and professionals will receive material support worth more than 55 million TL if they pass the preliminary selection. The finalist teams will be provided with transportation and accommodation support. In addition, more than 30 million TL in total will be awarded to the winning teams. The champions determined in the finals of the competition, which is being held at Antalya Anfaş International Expo and Congress Center on September 5-8, will receive their awards on the main stage of TEKNOFEST Adana.



IGU Vice Rector Prof. Arda Öztürkcan and TTO Director Yahya Kemal Kıran are on the field to support the team and provide VIP participation. Lecturer İzzet Yavuz from Istanbul Gelisim University TEKNOFEST team AgroBits and IGU students Kaan Irmak and İrem Türkyılmaz are competing with the project named 'EcoGrow' in the field of 'Agricultural Technologies'.
