Dear Students,
To ensure that your compulsory internship process proceeds smoothly, the QR code-generated Internship Application Form created by the system must be uploaded to the system after obtaining all required institutional approvals and signatures.
Students are required to upload the signed Internship Application Form at least two (2) days before the internship start date.
Any delays or issues resulting from the failure to upload the document within the specified timeframe will be the responsibility of the student.
Please make sure to complete all required procedures on time to avoid any disruptions to your internship process.
