Announcement Regarding Examination Procedures

Dear Students,

As part of the 2026–2027 Academic Year Fall Semester examinations, students are reminded of the importance of following examination rules and completing all necessary preparations before their exams.

To ensure that examinations are conducted smoothly and efficiently, students are required to check their examination dates, times and classroom information, follow the instructions of academic staff supervising the examinations and comply with all examination regulations.

Additionally, for examinations that use optical answer sheets, it is essential to complete these forms accurately and in accordance with the instructions to ensure that answers are evaluated correctly. Students are therefore encouraged to review the Optical Form Filling Guide published by the Student Affairs Department of Istanbul Gelisim University before their examinations.
