Since it is not sufficient to meet the expectations and complaints of students through traditional methods, a system has been developed to effectively and efficiently resolve students' demands, complaints and expectations, and to make these evaluations systematically. This system, based on the TS ISO 10002 standard, aims for continuous improvement. With the slogan "Now is the Time for Quality at IGU", IGU continues to successfully meet quality standards by evaluating student complaints and resolving them quickly.

TSE confirmed student satisfaction with this certificate.

The Student Satisfaction and Complaint Management System, carried out by the Dean of Students Office of Istanbul Gelisim University, aims to manage students' requests, expectations and complaints more effectively and efficiently. With this system, it is aimed to increase the satisfaction level of the services and activities offered to students. IGU has demonstrated a successful performance by evaluating and resolving the complaints and suggestions received from students through two different programs, as well as the trainings and workshops organized for its employees. As a result of this success, IGU was entitled to renew the certificate approved by the Turkish Standards Institute.
