Dear Students,
The steps to be followed for the rapid acceptance of the internships are presented below.
Finding a Company (At least 1 Computer Engineer has to be employed within the Company)
Completion and signing of the application form obtained from the Internet (https://oidb.gelisim.edu.tr/Sayfa/staj) / Registrar's Office (3 copies signed by the responsible Computer Engineer with the Company stamp)
The application should be signed by
I. Department Head,
II. Dean,
III. Registrar latest before 7 days of start of internship and
a copy should be submitted to the Department Head.
4. The record book should be received from Registrar's Office and completed,
5. Internship record book should be delivered to the department within one month from the end date.
Things to be taken into consideration when Completing the Record Book,
The language used to complete the record book must be passive
Screenshots-Photo- Code snippets should be inserted (glued or stapled)
The comments written should not be too short
It should not be written like a Diary/ Novel (We had coffee, we had tea etc.)
Technical details should be added.
