Academic Advising Meeting for First-Year Industrial Engineering Students

Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Industrial Engineering, will organize an academic advising meeting for first-year students.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, on the 17th floor of K-Block (Tower) and will be conducted by Prof. Dr. Cemalettin Kubat, the academic advisor for first-year students.

During the meeting, students will be provided with general information about upcoming examinations, examination procedures, and academic responsibilities. In addition, students will have the opportunity to share their opinions, requests, and suggestions regarding their educational experiences, as well as discuss challenges they may encounter and possible solutions.

The meeting aims to support students' adaptation to academic life, strengthen communication between students and their academic advisor, and develop solutions addressing students' needs.

All first-year Industrial Engineering students are encouraged to attend.
