1. Student Online Internship Application
2. Program/Department Head Preliminary Check Approval
3. Directorate/Dean's Approval
4. Student's Uploading of the QR Document Downloaded from OBIS to OBIS
5. Student Affairs Office Approval
6. Accounting Unit Approval
7. Student Downloads Internship Logbook from OBIS
8. Student Uploads Internship Logbook to OBIS
9. Internship Committee Evaluates Internship Logbook
10. Student Affairs Office Announces Grade
