Significant Publication on COVID-19 and Airline Transportation by IGU Academics
A scientific article titled “Analysis of the Effect of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Customer Satisfaction and the Airline Passenger Transportation Sector”, co-authored by Prof. Tarık Çakar and Asst. Prof. Binnur Akıf from the Department of Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture (FEA), at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), has been published in the internationally peer-reviewed Journal of Aviation.
The study offers an in-depth analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the airline passenger transportation sector, with a particular focus on changing customer expectations and satisfaction levels during the pandemic period.
