The unmanned agricultural aircraft IGU ZİHA-01, developed by Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), was exhibited at MÜSİAD Expo-24 fair and attracted the intense attention of the Argentine delegation. IGU ZİHA-01, which has a liquid capacity of 22 liters, a flight time of 25 minutes and smart autonomous flight capability, was highly appreciated during the demonstration flight held in front of IGU K Block within the scope of the fair.
Collaborations are thriving!
The Argentine delegation, which watched the show flight, visited the IGU Technology Transfer Office (TTO) after the fair and received a detailed presentation. During the meetings, opportunities for cooperation in the field of agricultural technologies and artificial intelligence were discussed. In addition, it was announced that potential collaborations for Argentine students to come to IGU were evaluated within the scope of the ERASMUS program.
These meetings are expected to enable IGU ZİHA-01 to reach a wider audience in the international arena and to contribute to the strengthening of academic and technological ties between the two countries.
