IGU's rise in the URAP Türkiye Ranking continues!
The 'Türkiye Ranking 2024-2025‘ data, prepared by the University Ranking by Academic Performance Laboratory (URAP), established by the Middle East Technical University (METU) Informatics Institute in 2009, ranking the universities with the highest academic performance, has been published. According to the report, Istanbul Gelisim University ranked 117th in Türkiye, rising 15 places, while ranking 24th among foundation universities.

According to the report, Istanbul Gelisim University ranked 117th in Türkiye, rising 15 places, while ranking 24th among foundation universities.
URAP (University Ranking by Academic Performance), which ranks the world's universities in 15 categories such as articles, citations, scientific documents, faculty members/students, doctorates, international and domestic collaborations, and TUBITAK projects, announced the 2024-2025 Türkiye Ranking. URAP Research Laboratory listed universities according to their different qualities in the ranking it prepared to draw attention to the strengths and developmental aspects of universities.
According to the statement made by the URAP center, universities are evaluated in different categories such as those with/without general, state, foundation, medical faculty, established before/after 2000, and with fewer than 6000 students.
Continuing its successful rise in the list since 2020, IGU ranked 117th in the URAP (University Ranking by Academic Performance) 2024-2025 Türkiye Ranking by rising 15 places, 24th by rising 7 places among foundation universities, and 40th by rising 19 places among universities without medical faculties, while ranking 10th among foundation universities without medical faculties.
