Ayşenur ÖZYURT, a student in our department, successfully completed her internship program at the center.
Life Sciences And Biomedical Engineering Application And Research Center at Istanbul Gelişim University continues to offer students from various engineering disciplines the opportunity to participate in research projects. Ayşenur ÖZYURT, a student in our department, successfully completed her internship program at the Center for Applied Research.
During her internship, Ayşenur ÖZYURT participated in the research conducted at the center and played an active role in the synthesis processes of various nanoparticles. By combining the precision control approaches of mechatronics engineering with nanoscale processes, she reinforced her theoretical knowledge through laboratory applications.
Sharing her reflections on the internship, Ayşenur ÖZYURT described the experience and feelings she gained at the Application and Research Center with the following words: “As a Mechatronics Engineering student, the time I spent at the Life Sciences And Biomedical Engineering Application And Research Center taught me a great deal. As I approach the end of my undergraduate studies, this experience was crucial in helping me translate my theoretical knowledge into practice. I would like to express my gratitude to my esteemed advisor, Asst. Prof. Cansu NOBERİ, who enabled me to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the field of nanotechnology during my internship, and to our valued Center Director, Asst. Prof. Serap YEŞİLKIR BAYDAR, who generously provided her support and expertise throughout this process.”

Prof. Serap YEŞİLKIR BAYDAR, Director of the Life Sciences And Biomedical Engineering Application And Research Center, who evaluated the student’s performance and internship process, stated, “Interdisciplinary collaborations are of great importance in today’s scientific research.
