Teknik itirazlar için başvurular uzatılmıştr. Sınav esnasında yaşadığınız teknik itirzlarınız için aşağıdaki linke tıklayarak ilgili formu doldurabilirsiniz. Son tarih 28 Nisan 2021 saat 23.59'dur.
Formu doldururken öğrenci e-posta adresleriniz ile oturum açmalısınız (Örn: 20*******@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr).
Daha önce Fakülte/Yüksekokullara ve Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezine yapılan bireysel başvuruların yenilenmesi ve online formun doldurulması gerekmektedir. Formun doldurulmaması durumunda başvurular dikkate alınmayacaktır.
NOT: Sağlık problemlerinden dolayı sınavlarına katılamayan öğrenciler mazeret sınavı taleplerini belgelendirmek koşulu ile doğrudan bağlı bulundukları fakülte/yüksekokul sekreterliklerine iletmelidir.
The duration of the form that was filled for the technical problems is extended. You may fill in the form for the technical problems that you have during your exams.
Deadline is April 28th, 2021 at 23:59.
When filling out the form, you MUST log in with your student e-mail address (e.g. 20*******@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr).
Individual applications previously made to the Faculty/Schools and Distance Education Research and Application Center must be renewed and the online form must be filled in.
Applications will not be considered if the form is not filled.
You must fill out a separate objection form for each exam.
P.S. Students who cannot attend the exams due to health problems should submit their make-up exam requests directly to the secretariats of their faculties/schools, provided that they document their request.
