Dear Candidates for Industrial Engineering,
Please click here for the Graduation Project defense program and juries. Any changes in the program will be communicated to you. The documents which should be prepared in relation to the submission of the thesis are provided below along with their explanations.
1. Graduation Project Delivery and Examination Form in Guide ANNEX-5 will be completed on computer except for View of Advisor and Explanations sections, 15.05.2018 will be stated as the date, signed by the Advisor and will be delivered to Department Head latest by 21.05.2018 at 11:00, as 5 copies with 3 thesis in spiral bind and in a CD. The date and time of the examination and the Jury Members can be copied from the examination list. DOCUMENT REGISTRATION section will be completed as 15.05.2018, registration number 95 and explanation for annex will be completed as 3 Copies of Thesis and CD (a completed sample is on Sample ANNEX-5).
In addition, while delivering to the Office of Department Head, you will have to write the date, time and name in ANNEX-6.
2. During the defense, the upper section of the Evaluation Form in the ANNEX-7 will be completed and 3 printouts will be submitted to the Department Chair latest by 21.05.2018 with a thesis in a file. (a completed sample is on Sample ANNEX-7).
3. Guide APPENDIX-8 Graduation Design Project Defense Examination Report will be completed such as student information, date, jury names and examination date through computer and will be delivered to Department Head on the same date as 5 copies in a file.

4. 4 copies of these forms (ANNEX-5 and 8), which were signed on the same day or 1 day after the examination will be received back from the Department Chair,any mistakes/errors stated in jury will be amended and after receiving "Printable" approval from me, these will be put in the amended thesis following the inner cover and theses will be binded as paperback. Place of examination can be learned from the research assistants on the same day. If we cannot find a proper classroom, place of examination will probably be the Meeting Room next to the Dean's Office.
